Your responsibilities:

• Coordination and management of projects in cosmetics and pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Liaising between clients, production, quality assurance and internal departments

• Preparing and maintaining documentation, reports and project plans

• Providing support in day-to-day operations, particularly with order processing and approval procedures

• Contributing to process optimisation and quality control whilst adhering to GMP standards

What you bring to the job:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification

• Experience in project management or administrative work, ideally in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage

• Understanding of GMP and quality requirements

• A structured, independent work style and strong organizational skills

• Ability to work well in a team, strong communication skills, and flexibility

• Excellent German language skills; good written and spoken English skills are a plus
